Does what it advertised, and I love that the little switch-box is close to the plate, but no so close as to be visible and convenient so I am not bending down behind furniture to turn the warming plate off. This is the best way to enjoy a candle! The warmer is stable with how it sits on the counter, heating pad was not extreme - turned of gradually but no to slow for babysitting. NOW I can fill my house with the aroma of my candle without worrying about an open flame, and the candles will last longer. The plate stays at an even temperature once on and quickly cools down and I loved the idea for color options, I bought two, one black and one white. I would recommend!

Upon initial unboxing, I was like.... Really. However I put my skepticism aside and tried it out. Every time I get something for wax sealing. I have to try it out and the kid in me said "Christmas time!!!" and, like most I want to see if this really works. Well here's my break down. Temperature check, it's not an instant warmer, but it's not a 10years later thing either. Plus when you get in a rhythm, the timing actually is spot on. As always safety first depending on what you're warming be careful, and safety first. Slow is fast. You can easily slide a scraper in between the plate and this little lip that runs around the whole perimeter of the warming plate For Looks, it's basic, looks exactly like the picture. The cord is a little short but, I can see why it's the length it is. One thing that grinds my gears is power cords getting tangled or kinked right from the jump. I personally appreciate that there was space and it wasn't tightly wrapped. The power cord straightened out pretty quickly and doesn't have kinks in the cord. I left my scraper on it for a decent amount of time, did the finger test but with a wet paper towel to see if it was super hot. To my surprise no. I set my wax seal stamp on it to warm it. Now this is where you need to be careful. Brass, Bronze are good at retaining heat. Just like when you use the same stamp multiple times it gets warm. If you also changed your handle account for that too. For me it never felt scolding hot, in fact it felt like same temperature as me. I haven't had it long enough to see it it just stays on or if it turns off or goes into standby. The switch is as roller, and it has on or off. I would hope for safeties sake it does shut off, but assuming it doesn't. Pay attention to your work space and set your warming plate in a place that's easily accessible but also not in the way and off to the side. You can easily set a large mason jar on it, if that helps give a better sense of size. It's easy to clean. Whenever you're paper towels get low, switch it for a new and take the small roll with you so you always have something clean with. I've used all of my scrapers even did multiple at the same time as well as warming stamps too. I'm sure there's others out there, but this one was the best rated, most purchased, and of course "customers usually keep this product". Ultimately I'm really happy with it.

Warmer did what I expected and now my house is filled with the sent of flowers. Its pretty awesome.

It’s very effective in warming your candle but with a large glass candle it just takes awhile so please be patient.

No funcionó como lo esperaba. Me gusta tomar una taza de café de a poco, busco algo que lo mantenga caliente hasta el final, pensé que esto podría servirme pero no, después de un rato, la taza está tibia pero el café ya está frío.

Si funciona para calentar, solo que hay que tener en cuenta el tamaño de la vela, porque si son muy anchas no se ajustan al tamaño del plato calentador
