Shipped in two days and seemed to be packed well, with cardboard ribs taped to each corner yet still has a small dent in the back. Must be from poor handling while shipping, which appears to be an issue no matter what you buy. But, the layout is excellent and cooled to temp in 45 minutes. I loaded it with 36 cans and theres still room for a few more. Easy access temp gage with a push button defrost, drip tray and easily removable glass shelves and plastic door storage. Door seal is good and fat and seals well and comes off to clean. So quiet you can't hear it running. I'm keeping this out by the pool, so we'll see how it does.
