What's the difference between one piece and two piece?

"1 piece" is one top and one bottom; this will hold 1 cut grapefruit (1/2)2 pieces is double, so two tops and two bottoms. Two will hold both halves, separately, of a single grapefruit. If you buy 2 of the "1 piece," it's the same as a single order of the "2 piece."

Is there any difference between the tomato saver and onion saver? Can I keep an onion in the tomato saver and get the same results?

No difference if you prefer to keep one saver for the onion and tomato. My idea is to rather have two different savers so I know where i kept an onion and where I kept a tomato. It is really up to you.

Why is the red onion saver more expensive than the yellow?

Supply and demand. Vendors will raise the price on more popular items. Happens all the time at AMZN. There is some cat food that is now near impossible to get and the price has gone up 2-3 times what it use to be. If you want it you have to pay the price.
