Great little printer but WIndows 11 might not play nicely on installation
A great little printer for normal household use and that excludes kids going barmy with the print command! The paper feeds in from the back and does not hold a complete sheaf of A4. I had one helluva job fiddling with the set up, the HP app was as much use to me as a chocolate teapot and the UK support phone no obtained via the app is no longer valid - bad move HP! The issues I had were that my Windows 11 laptop did not play nicely with HP, it installed easily but I had to stop the print spool, delete all the files in the print queue and then restart the spoo. This has to be done at the command prompt using the windows settings application didn't work. I has to reboot the printer a couple of times but now it seems to be behaving itself very well. The print quality is excellent and it responds pretty quickly all up bar the faffing about a pretty decent little printer

Great cheap printer scanner
Great price at £109 and seems to be a great printer. Good quality prints not that we've printed anything more than documents yet. Not mega quick but fine. Decent instructions for setting up for first time which you can do via the app or manually. Enough ink to fill each tank with enough black for a second fill. Easy to push down and click ink bottles in to refill. Easy enough to get it on the wifi etc. Not scanned anything yet so difficult to comment on that. Decent warranty which seems to be activated by registering it all up on the app at the end of set up.

E4 error, Paper jam, feed issues, awful chat support. AVOID!!
On my 2nd printer now, currently dealing with HP support again regarding the same issue. Works perfectly, decent quality prints etc, then suddenly won't work as needed. Constant paper jam errors, which sporadically fix themselves and crop up again and again and again. The paper is not actually "jammed" or stuck, it simply refuses to feed correctly. It either grips the paper so hard that it leaves roller marks and creases the page as soon as paper is dropped into the input tray or it just doesn't do anything at all. I spent 2 hours yesterday trying to print one page, only for it to then fail again. Just before the "paper jam" issues started I have had a few prints begin only to cancel themselves after printing a section of the print, it suddenly stopped printing, fed through the paper and then shows the paper jam error, wasting my paper in the process. There have also been times where blank paper has fed through the printer before and after printing. It's not a reliable printer in my experience. I have mostly been using this printer to print stickers, I have used pretty much the same paper throughout, it is 80gsm which is the same as standard copy paper. HP chat support said to me (and I quote) "Because when you use paper that are not compatible to the printer, at first it appears that everything is normal when the printer is printing fine but by the time the incompatible cartridge will create an error." I presume this means if you use good quality paper, anything above standard thin, cheap copy paper (although the printer has settings for high quality photo paper, brochure paper, gloss and matte etc) it will work at first and then break and that is supposed to be the users fault. So that's something to keep in mind, though as I said, the paper I have been using is 80gsm and is the same as standard paper. Chat support if you need it is awful, you message over whatsapp and a bot asks you questions (sometimes this fails and an error comes up, just type anything and send the message and it will either reset or continue) when you finally connect to a person, replies are often 20mins+ between messages. It took me over an hour for them to begin talking to me yesterday only to then say they were closing and would continue the chat today. The information and the bot states they are open 8am-8pm, the person I spoke to (yesterday and the first time I contacted say they close at 6pm on weekdays.) The first time I contacted them it took 3 days of several hours of back and forth where they sent me youtube videos of the wrong printer, requested I sent them videos of the printer not printing etc. They finally agreed to send me a replacement printer, it took about a week to arrive and they arranged someone to come and collect my old printer so that they could refurbish it. All was well, this was about 2 months ago and now I'm in the exact same situation. My chat yesterday the person I spoke to said he was keeping our chat open and to message today when I was available. I am currently waiting for a reply, it's been 30minutes so far and I have had no acknowledgement that anybody is actually on the other end. The whole thing is very, very frustrating and time consuming, often going round in circles. Other things to note; I like the ink system, I have not had an ecotank printer before but will certainly be getting one again. Easy to insert the ink and have done a lot of prints. You can see the ink levels and only seem to have made the smallest of dents in the Y ink. The printer can tell you the ink levels, but I have never had it actually tell me anything than "unknown" this was the case on both printers. It prints standard quality quickly, best quality can take a while but nothing too awful. It can be very sluggish, especially if it's had any kind of hiccup, it makes a lot of noise and you are left guessing what it's actually doing. If it wasn't for the paper feed issues I would happily use this printer, but my experience. It's a little larger than I expected, but I think that was simply the surprise of using a smarttank/ecotank printer for the first time. I haven't had any issues regarding wifi which is good as my last printer often had issues staying connected and the area where it is can be a little bit of a wifi dead zone on occasion. I'm desperately hoping for a refund or another replacement, I'm still waiting on HP to reply, if I get a replacement I will probably end up selling it to get some of the cost back. I wish I could contact Amazon about it but it says to contact HP on the order regarding issues. I will NOT be using HP again and am researching a replacement. Edited to add, I messaged Amazon even though not stated as eligible for return, within minutes they arranged a collection for it and the offer of a full refund. Amazon to the rescue! Replaced ot with a canon pixma and so, so much better in every regard!

Great print quality but some small snags
Excellent print quality, love that its borderless and it takes card too. What sold it was the 3years of ink and cheap ink refill. Haven't tried the scanner function yet. It's easy to set up but can take a while to follow all instructions. I have taken off one star as every time I press print from my laptop it comes up with an error message, but if you ignore it and wait a few more seconds it prints. Also had connectivity issue when printing more than 6 times in a row, when I had to cancel the print job and restart the laptop. However I haven't had this issue when printing from the iPhone app.

HP 5107 tank printer
HP 5107 All in One Tank printer. Basically I'm happy with this printer. Only caveat is that it's meant to be wireless connection laptop to printer (though you can use a usb cable connection instead). However the wireless connection worked for a while then wouldn't do so anymore, despite my attempts to fix the problem. So I just use the usb cable instead. Apart from that problem, everything else about the printer I like. It's great not to have to keep buying ink cartridges which are expensive and don't last for long.

Terrible - don't waste your money.
This printer is auful. It is the worst, least user friendly printer I have ever had in over 3 decades of using printers. It is flimsey, unreliable, and unnessarily over complicated to use. Everything has to be done through the app. With every printer/scanner I have had, if you wanted to copy anything, you just lifted the lid, put the doc on the table, closed the lid, pressed a button and off it went a printed a copy. With this you have to go through the app, scan in the doccument, and then find where it has stored it (more by luck than judgement) and hope it prints from there. It's a complete nightmare. If you just want to print a document from word you never know if its going to do it and if it does, you often get three copies. Someone bought it for my last birthdaymin July, for this birthday, I would like them to carry it to the bin. I wanted a printer, not a hemorrrhoid. Its a first order pain in the bum!
