Ditch your plastic coffee maker. *by A***R on July 3, 2026* I was tired of having to clean and buy extra pots for my Cuisinart coffee maker that kept breaking, so I went with a pour over. It works wonderfully. I used a disposable filter. The #4 cone filters work perfectly I don't prefer to use reusable filters because cleaning them is a pain, so I can't speak for the one that comes with this unit; however it seems nicer than most. It even comes with a tool to help clean it. I don't have a dishwasher, so I simply rinsed it with water. However the cork handle was easy to take off and put back on. Simple and effective. Only thing I'm afraid of is it breaking or cracking, since it is quite thin.
