This is the kind of item that once you start using it - you love it. I have several friends who had never seen one. They did not seem impressed looking at it, but I love it. I bought one for one of those people and she has never even told me if she uses it. I haven't asked but she cooks a lot and maybe she likes it too. It literally holds juices and when you transfer something over to a pan or a dish, most of what you were working on goes with it. Many vegetables can be cut with this item and I love it.

This is a basic bench scraper/dough cutter. I think the quality is as good as the white handle kind we all know and love, and the added scale (ruler) on the blade actually comes in really handy. The grip is ok, a little slippery. It's great for transferring cut veggies to a pan etc.

The outdoor kitchen on my RV came with a Blackstone grill. This product works fantastic for scraping the grill and keeping it clean. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has a Blackstone grill or that type of grill. You will not be disappointed and it’s worth every penny.
