Cool Looking Comfortable Boots
I'd seen a lot of bad reviews for the non-British made Docs, but these are great, every bit as good as the Made in England DMs. Good strong and well made boot, looks cool with the steel toe and good value for €100. Bought for casual wear, not work wear, and after a bit of breaking in they are as comfy as can be, though the boots are still in their infancy so we'll see how that fares out. Probably not the best footwear for driving due to the size of the soles, kinda difficult to be nimble of foot in them.

Price not in line with product.
I normally purchase from another company but as this boot has been discontinued I had to purchase from amazon. Firstly the boot itself is an excellent product however where I used to purchase it from, because it has a steel toecap, it is classed as a safety boot therefore VAT free. Forced to buy as can't find alternative

Surprised - accurate sizing and high quality safety boots
They came into a Dr. Martens Box and look to be original, the sizing was also accurate, the seller must have taken on board previous feedback.Overall very good looking boots, high quality, just a bit stiff, hopefully wearing them in time they will be more comfortable. Also not exaggerately heavy, considering they're safety boots they are okay.Pleased with the product overall.

Warm, comfy and safe
I've had the boots for 2 months now and they are amazing. I'm a warehouse worker who's mainly working outside maintaining a large area that had pallets if compost. The boots have not leaked, they are very warm and have a lot of traction for slippy surfaces. The steel toecap is the best I have ever had I've dropped pallets, bags if 20kg aggragates, knives, stubbed my foot on the forks of a fork truck and Had an electronic pump truck go over my toes, they are so good that not only do I still have my toes but the material hasn't broke! The material is of high quality, leather and the soul. The eyelet's are very strong. I would recommend purchasing some more laces though. You can't actually tell that they are work boots, they do look like your big Standard DM'sBreaking in has taken some time and I've been wearing them in 42 houred weed shifts. They just broke in 2 weeks back. Expect the STC to dig into your toes and some heel blisters. I definitely would recommend thick socks and alot of patience!Over all a great product!

A uncomfortable expensive boot
Never had a pair of Dr Martens and as I have worn different other brands I thought I would give them a try.For something that was not shy of £100, I have to say I feel kinda ripped off.The boots are uncomfortable and are hell to walk in even when broken into thanks to the insoles which literally self destruct over a short period of time. If you spend alot of time walking over rough and uneven ground with pebbles and small rocks, which adds to the discomfort thanks to the rather thin sole and i would not like to stand on a large enough nail wearing these, I have a feeling a nail would penetrate rather easily. (if I wanted the barefoot experience, I would have bought barefoot boots.).The tongue of these boots don't join all the way up and are cut near the bottom, and that means your boots take in water that goes just over the top of your boots. What is the point of being "industrial boots" if you can only step in thimble levels of water? The steel toe cap is the only saving grace as they actually work. And now finally for the leather itself.... As you can see from the pictures, the leather is starting to perish already and it's only the 25th May ( I got these boots 7th march), and that's even though I clean and polish my boots once every week.Sorely disappointed as Dr Martens was meant to have a reputation for long lasting and quality. These will be the first and last Dr Martens I'll ever buy.

Decent work boots and they look nice; very similar to 1460 Docs.
I use mine for working on my cars and they're great. Considerably sturdier and chunkier than the fashion Docs but look almost as good. Thick old Doc style soles for good grip and with a warm lining inside. Decent boots for the money considering how expensive most Dr. Martens are, and these ones are actually practical. Probably not the best safety boots for the price but a very good all-rounder.
