I'm writing this review for this phone on mine now. A great phone for anyone who doesn't want to spend a fortune but wants to be able to access the basics. Good value for money and definitely does the job 📱

Ordered as a gift for someone, sadly the wrong colour was sent out and the recipient wasn’t overly joyed, however the customer service was fantastic and appreciate the help I received. Was able to buy a phone case with the correct colour so the recipient was happy in the end.Easy phone to use, quick, battery lasts a good while.10/10.Thank you.

Value for money easy to use camera quality is expected for that standard of phone

It's a £70 phone, it's not great the processor is pants, it done me OK as back up until I could afford to get a proper one, the battery will last one day if you don't charge it otherwise expect it to be dead in 5-6 hours

I really can't get to grips with all the faffing around on a smart phone but was finding I had to have one for some things. So this just sits on the counter and i use my easy & fast little DORO 'granny phone' for calls & text ect, & when I HAVE to use smart phone I get someone else to do it for me!! I must say it looks neat & if I wanted to be a poser with it, it would look the part!!! Sorry Nokia, even you can't convert me !!

The voice call volume is very weak even on loudspeaker although the alarm,media ect are very good

the phone represents good value modern looks, it was only let down by the fact that some 19 days of use itwould not charge phoned Nokia for help, who it must be said were extremely helpful. And sent a help sheetto try to resolve the problem. However it turns out it was the charging PLUG not the lead, this was tried in other plugs and found to work. Need to ask for a replacement.

The phone keeps shutting down of its own accord? Which is very disappointing....only had it 5 months.
