As advertised, this neck fan is lightweight and has nice flowing air for neck and face area.Mine arrived in an already opened box. This must have been a return, because the plastic bag was at the bottom of the box. There was no instructions as shown in an unwrapping video I watched. I don't know how long to charge the fan. The sound is not as quiet as in the video, but I believe it will help me on those hot days when I have to be outside for volunteer work. I look forward to trying it out this summer.

I originally purchased this item for family trips in warm climates. I haven't used it for that yet. I did, however, have a hot flash and used it while having a hot flash. It did what I needed it to do when I couldn't get to a fan in the room. All I had was a ceiling fan. I put this fan around my neck and sat briefly, which cooled me off. The fan is bulky around the neck, and if you are outside, it may become hot. Inside for extra cooling, it worked perfectly. It charges with a USB cord, and it has three speeds. It is noisy, so don't get it if you are sensitive to noise. If you need it for indoor cooling in an environment where it won't cause you to sweat, this is it.

The neck fan works great, I just noticed a couple of things that could be improved.1: Is the noise, as others have said, the fan is a bit loud.2: I wish it was a little bit lighter. It won't bother your neck if you wear it for a long time, but you won't forget that you're still wearing it.Apart from these two issues, the fan works great! I look forward to continue using it.

I like the way it cools me when working. I 99twork in retail and then going through menopause,it's not fun. I bought one for both m useless and my husband. He works in the heat and loves how it keeps him comfortable.

This neck fan is sleek in design, it is very flexible and would fit a very large neck if needed, or a very small one. The air output is great. My only complaint is the noise. It is quite loud and no way you could have a normal conversation with someone while using it. That said, I will keep it as I bought it for Disney World and I would rather be cool than chat.
