This is a truly excellent piece of kit. I've been using a Jabra Speak 55 for years, and this is a real upgrade. The mute and volume up and down buttons are better placed to reach during a meeting, the mute and mic-on visual indications are really clear (and look good), and the wired and bluetooth options both work seamlessly. Sound quality is excellent, and it works perfectly with Teams. The felt travel case is good quality, and the attached USB A/C adapter is a great addition. Whether you travel for work, or you're at the same desk all day - if you have meetings - you need this!

Perfect conference speaker. I have been using some cheap ones earlier for almost close to 3+ years. It was creating lot of issues on call quality so decided to buy this one and thankfully I invested on the right one even if it's on the expensive side. Call control is very good that you can control on the speaker touch buttons. It's compact in size and the wires won't get messier as you can wrap it under the speaker. Very straightforward to use. You can also install the Jabra software to make regular updates to the speaker. Bluetooth connection is also easy if you prefer wireless. Not sure about the battery life as I haven't tested. These are a bit expensive, but it's one time investment that will give you a best product

Bought for work and team calls. Worked easily out of the box without any issues. Came with a nice case. Sound quality seems good and no complaints on people hearing me or me hearing them.

It’s a bit temperamental. I need to ensure it is plugged in after my laptop is fired up, otherwise it doesn’t work properly

Works well Plug & Play - great sound - clear on conversations - Had previous model for years this is as good if not better.

I bought this as I got sick of fighting with various systems in different meeting rooms. The ease of use is excellent, and the sound quality is good. It isn't HiFi, and playing music on it, whilst much better than the speakers on the laptop, isn't the same as a set of Bose speakers, but that would be a miracle given the lovely small form factor. People in the room can be heard clearly by the other meeting attendees on the end of the "phone" line and the ease of muting (with a nice bright light) is excellent. All in all, it is well worth the money.

Was excited to get this little gadget as the sound from my 2025 HP EliteBook laptop (company issues, not my first choice) was not good and the microphone also not awesome. Ordered the Jabra and unboxing it feels like a quality well made product, easy to install (plug n play) easy to work with Teams and Zoom - HOWEVER - really bad feedback/ crackle comes through the speaker itself when on Teams calls - tried every setting, updated firmware, tried USB and USB C ports and STILL crackled when on calls. Sent it back to Amazon and ordered another one - same issue - it could be the laptop but even so its a new laptop so really shouldn't be any issues. Went online to forums and it does seem to be a "thing" - really disappointed as like I said it does look and feel like a quality unit but does not do the basic thing - clear audio!

la version Speak2 40 est strictement filaire. Pour avoir la version sans fil il faut prendre le Speak2 55. sinon aucun problème marche bien en USB. j'enlève 2* pour la description erronée

Ich habe mich für das Speak2 40 entschieden, weil es das kleinste Gerät in der Serie war. Ich bin beruflich viel unterwegs und wollte ein Gerät, welches gut in meinen kleinen Laptop Rucksack passt und zudem leicht ist. Ich verbringe den Arbeitstag mehr oder weniger permanent in online Konferenzen, oftmals auch mit mehreren in einem Raum. Deswegen stand die Anschaffung schon länger auf dem Plan. Das Gerät kommt in einer handlichen, kleinen Verpackung. Sie ist einfach zu öffnen und dann ist das Speak 2 in einer Filztasche geschützt. Der Anschluss ist mega einfach: USB Kabel (es hat Anschlüsse für USB A und C) an das Laptop anschließen - fertig. Das Gerät wurde sofort erkannt und installiert. Ich habe es intensiv in den letzten Tagen mit Teams sowie mit Webex getestet. Bei beiden Programmen funktioniert es super und bei beiden wurde es auch sofort als Standard Device eingerichtet, so dass man es noch nicht mal konfigurieren muss. Die Bedienung ist super einfach und alles hat auch auf Anhieb funktioniert. Die intuitiven Bedienknöpfe sind rund um den Lautsprecher angeordnet und es gibt folgende Funktionen: - lauter / leiser - an / aus - stummschalten - abnehmen / auflegen Die Funktionen sind alle mit Teams integriert, d.h. die Anwendung reagiert auf das Betätigen der Schaltflächen am Jabra Speak2, z.B. beim Stummschalten oder Auflegen. die gewählte Lautstärke wird über einen weißen Ring angezeigt, der sich öffnet oder schließt je nach dem, ob ich lauter oder leiser mache. Ist das Mikro aktiv leuchtet er grün, rot, wenn es stummgeschaltet ist. Die Soundqualität ist sehr gut! Keine Störgeräusche und die Teilnehmer waren in jeder Konferenz immer glasklar zu verstehen. Ebenso waren wir selbst auch sehr gut zu verstehen. Auch Teilnehmer, die nicht unmittelbar neben dem Gerät standen und sprachen. Leider sind die Bediensymbole nur aufgedruckt und das mit nur sehr schwachem Kontrast. (dunkelgrau auf schwarzem Grund) Je nach Lichteinfall und -intensität sieht man nicht mehr wo die Knöpfe sind. Beleuchtete Symbole wären hier deutlich besser gewesen. Wünschenswert wäre auch eine Bluetooth Gerätekopplung, damit man nicht immer das Kabel nutzen muss oder das Speak2 auch mit einem Handy oder Tablet verbinden kann. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Gerät sehr zufrieden. Die Bedienung ist sehr intuitiv und einfach, der Sound ist super und die Funktionen sind in die Videokonferenz-Applikationen Teams und Webex integriert. Erwartung voll erfüllt - es tut das, was es soll.

Jabra klarar inte av att automatiskt koppla ihop sig med samma iPhone den redan har varit ihopkopplad med. Man måste gå in och glömma Jabra i iPhonen för att sedan koppla ihop dem igen. Mycket omständigt. Enligt Jabra kommer det komma en uppdatering någon gång...

Se oye perfectamente y a ti también te oyen muy bien incluso no estando pegado al aparato. Muy fácil de usar. Lo suelo conectar por cable aunque también se puede por bluetooth. De ambas formas funciona muy bien. El precio es un poco elevado, pero merece la pena si quieres mantener una reunión de varias personas en una misma sala.
