Refrigerator was not cooling
Dear Samsung Team, I am extremely disappointed with the performance of my Samsung refrigerator. While the power and internal light are functioning, there is absolutely no cooling happening inside the fridge or freezer. As a result: The milk curdled, even after being kept in the freezer for more than 24 hours. Coriander dried up completely, clearly showing the cooling system is not working at all. Even water isn’t getting cold, which is unacceptable. This is not the quality I expected from a reputed brand like Samsung. It has caused inconvenience, food wastage, and a clear breach of trust. I request immediate service, and if the product is under warranty, I expect free repair or replacement. Kindly treat this matter with urgency. Please respond as soon as possible.
