Use these quite often when baking. They clean up very easily, don’t seem to stain and the quality is really good. I find that they are very light and easy to work with but strong enough to do the job. I also discovered that since they are silicone I can use them as a sort of hot plate on my marble island when I take food out of the oven and they stay in place very nicely. Recommend!

I'm so glad I bought these! These have upgraded my baking game! What a great addition to my kitchen. These fit my sheet pans perfectly, and are SUPER nonstick! I originally bought these as I have been learning about how teflon and nonstick pans can be dangerous to your health, and have been looking up safer options to cook with. I also was so tired of everything sticking to my "nonstick" pans. These have been the solutions to my problems! I got marinara on them after baking homemade pizza pockets, and it looked like it may stain the liner, but it eventually came clean, no staining at all. And it actually helps everything bake more evenly I have found. My baked goods have been coming out better than ever since using these. Be sure to clean and disinfect these thoroughly, as silicone loves to attract hair, lint fibers, etc. These did have a bit of a rubber smell as well, not strong, but definitely could smell it. I washed these with soap and water, baked them at 325° for 13min, rinsed with water, and baked one more time at 325° for 13min again. After that there was no smell, and they were super clean and ready to be used. I suggest storing these rolled up in a big ziploc bag, and be sure to rinse with water real quick before using to ensure there is no stray lint fibers, hair, etc. that may have gotten on it. I highly recommend this set, they have been great so far. And I would definitely buy again.

I had silicone baking mats before that wore out. Received as a gift. These are well made with designs you can use for measuring bake goods. The different size mats are nice. I used the smaller one to cover a dish I put in the fridge overnight which eliminates throwing out any plastic. The only thing that is a minus is the bigger ones don't lay flat in my cookie sheet. They are a bit larger than the cookie sheet itself and sit on the sides. I am not sure if they all are like this as the last ones I had fit the same way. Cooking food that is not directly flat on the cookie sheet does not get as done as I would like (pizza edges). Overall though, I would recommend using these for easy cleanup and eliminating the need for parchment paper.

I ordered these baking mats to help me with new new journey of baking.. Aside from the silicone smell, which is gone after 2 handwashings, the smaller one for my baking sheets, however the larger mat is about a 1/4 inch bigger than my 9x13 sheet. I do admit my baking sheets are older so they may fit perfectly on baking sheets with less wear.. They are thick and do not move when placed on a cookie sheet, even the larger sheet! I can say they are of good quality, durable and are a great help to a new baker like me!!!
