IRWINQuick-Grip Heavy Duty One-Handed Bar Clamp/Spreader, 24" / 600mm, 10505945

This is an excellent one handed clamp, but can be tricky to use if you have smaller hands.The clamp is large enough to clamp a 600mm wide kitchen unit and is also easily reconfigured to act as a spreader - when in this configuration it can work a little wider than 600 mm (for example for setting a dishwasher space between two kitchen units).After a day or so wood working with a lot of saw dust etc can mean the slider can be a little sticky, but easily fixed by a quick squirt of compressed air or sliding it back and forth a couple of times.The grip is strong that the complete assembly is solid and well built. It can clamp at very high pressure with no slippage even after a period of hours (recently used to help but a heavy duty shed and installed a kitchen).Easy to recommend but works best when bought in pairs. Great product, worth every penny. Sturdy and well built

Great product getting daily use. Buy Irwin because they are worth every penny. I have not bought any clamps like these before and was quite horrified to find that four were going to be over £100. Now I have got them they seem without doubt VFM. They are quite heavy so some mid-weight alternatves may be more suitable for smaller jobs.

They have changed the clamp head design so it makes it more difficult to use the clamp at angles , old styles were flatter and worked better

Does what it is designed for, easy to use

This is the third brand of clamp that I have bought and it is the best of them by far. It feels robust and able to withstand heavy duty use. Only used once so far but I think it will not disappoint

I was worried after reading some reviews that this was a newer model all made of plastic but so far not had any issues. Can feel it solid and the power when clamping.The release the clamp it can be quite hard to press, I’m guessing g this is the break this huge clamping force. Used it so far to clamp pieces of oak pieces when making a planter

Well made and very strong depending on your own hand gripping strength. This is very versatile just use your imagination and it can make clamping and gripping so much easier.

El artículo parecía robusto pero le faltaba la mordaza fija con lo cual era inutilizable y lo he tenido que devolver. Mi puntuación tan baja es para el empleado que lo envío ya que iba en una bolsa transparente y se veía perfectamente que estaba incompleto y aún así lo empaquetó.

Sehr gut für schnelles zusammenziehen, da sehr schnell UND sehr stabil. Ideal zusammen mit den Quickgrip (nur mit denen!) sehr gut für das Zusammenziehen der Bohlen beim Terrassenbau. Ohne wäre es eine Quälerei gewordenPreis noch angemessen
