These work exactly as I hoped. I love all the different sizes. **Warning - the bottom cutting edge is extremely sharp and will slice your finger open if you are not careful when washing them. No stitches were needed and no baked goods were affected in the process-win/win situation.

Well made from stainless steel and very sharp. Should cut effortlessly without twisting. These will last a long time, glad I found them.

These are a staple in my kitchen for baking cookies!!! They help "round" the cookies once they are baked and give them the extra thickness they need.

I use these to make various sizes of pierogis. They are similar to a cookie cutter, easy to clean, and the set has great options for various sizes. My only one complaint is that some of the metal where the joints are is not exactly smooth, they are a little bit uncomfortable on the hands and slightly rough or sharp, especially after hours of pierogi making. Still happy with this product and happy I bought them though!
