Awesome product, great case for mouth guard
My son uses a mouth guard and I got this YV light cleaner case for him and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with this product. Hold down the power button for 2-3 seconds
So I didn’t realize that you had to hold down the power button to initiate the disinfection cycle. I requested a return and selected a replacement because I thought I received a dud.The company contacted me and sent me a replacement on top of that for free to make sure I was satisfied. I read the directions (which in all fairness are sort of small and hard to read due to ink color) and now I feel really silly because this was user error the entire time. Now I have 3 fully functioning cases. A+ for customer service. Seriously, there were no questions asked, they just replaced it immediately.

Cool idea but i Never got to use it.
Package came in tack and not damaged. When I opened it everything looked like it had been used already. I charged it and there were no lights telling me it was charging and it never powered on. There is not refund or replacement but after talking to a cs rep they gave me a refund 😒

Light don't work all the time. Clip broke the second day of use? Disappointed 😞

Great solution
I have a habit of keeping my mouth guard on when I play sports and finally found this box designed to sterilise my sports mouth guard, which has solved my problem of worrying about a mouth guard full of nasty smells
