This is hands down the best one I have ever used. It is in fact waterproof and smudge proof. Also holds up during sexy time with your man or woman (this is soooo important lol) . You don't really even need to reapply it however I only do because I like the thick dramatic cat eyes with super dark eyeliner. It stays on. I bought a second one before I was even out of the first one it was so good. I am about to buy a 3rd one. I do wish they were a bit more affordable so everyone could try them or even offer several in a pack for a discount. I have been telling anyone who will listen . I am going to try the liquid eyeliner when I order another one of these. So I'll leave a review on that one too.
