Where are these made?

I don't know where these are made but they were a huge hit at my daughter's birthday party. They all arrived unbroken and individually wrapped for freshness. They also tasted great.

Is the exposed stick 4” or does the 4” include what is covered by the candy?

They are individually wrapped and not exposed.

Are they hard to bite? I'm looking for the ones that are like soft mints.

Yes. They are hard to bite. I believe I gave them a one star review. Some arrived broken. Not much flavor. I through them out.

The children's favorite!

I bought several kinds of lollipops (for letter F week) and let the children choose which one to take home on Friday. Every single child chose these! They were a little smallish I must admit but what child needs a giant sugary sucker anyway! ha!
