Rather than buy the over prices brand name insulated covers I got this and 8 clamps. It's large enough to cover both pop out beds and just use the clamp to hold to the canvas. I used a piece of large cardboard to make a template for the inside of the windows then cut the shape to insert inside the zippered area. Just remember both ends may be different size. Instant improvement on the effectiveness of the AC, and holding heat in during winter camping.

I couldn't believe how much just one layer dropped the temperature of my chickens' covered run, even under a metal roof. It was also really easy to install with a staple gun and won't retain moisture like some other types of insulation. Love this stuff!

Reflectix brand rocks! I have used this for ceilings, under carpeting and in sheds. Cheaper brands -the silver foil has arrived unattatched on bits, completely missing or delaminates after tiny bit of sun exposure. This stuff is worth the few extra dollars

We are in the middle of a heat wave and a friend told me about this stuff. We live in Southern TN and have 10 windows that face the West with no shade at all. You could feel the heat blasting in the house all day. Even with the Central AC going full force it was climbing into the 80's by late afternoon. The windows are the expensive type, and we tried the dark film, but nothing seemed to stop the heat. I was just miserable every day. We used this product to cover these windows. We simply cut it an inch larger and put these over the window. No tape or staples needed as it simply stays up all by itself. It is amazing, easy to do and only took about 30 minutes to do 10 windows. We installed it this morning, and the room has already cooled by 8 degrees. It is so much more comfortable, and the best thing for the heat.

This insulation is amazing! I am using it to insulate the subfloor and skirting of my cabin. It keeps the crawl space and floor toasty. And most importantly, it doesn’t attract mice. Just make sure that the roll is packaged and labeled as Reflectix. I initially received what appeared to be a generic brand. I had contacted the seller (Reflectix dealer) that I had not received the brand. They sent me a replacement. My guess is that Amazon shipping made an error? Not sure, but the seller was super nice in sending me replacements.

This is a great product. I used it to insulate the windows in my RV while boondocking on my property in the mountains. It works very well but it costs less at Walmart.

Used this to face some foil faced isocyanurite sheet being used for shutters. It was cut to exposed glass size and mounted with double sided tape to the shutter and provides a decent seal on the edges which keeps condensation from forming on the glass. I used some less expensive product for part of the project which did not seem as tough as this. It did really help with the condensation problem , mostly by restoring size to correct fit. Product does "creep" a bit from being rolled up, grows as it is smoothed out. Don't expect a huge gain in insulating, but it beats nothing by a long site.
