Yes it should be absolutely fine and ideal for every radiator as its just detergent based and not acidic and therefore not harmful. Domt run the engine for too long with it in there 10-20 mins max.

It could start leaking if the cooling system was sealed. I’m not a scientist but it is recommended to keep the sealing agent in the coolant. Not necessarily to flush. Just change.

It’s detergent. The foam does it’s job. You can pour 2 if you want. Just run it 30 min if it is very dirty coolant.
