I've been wearing the product for 3 weeks now and there is already a notable difference - I feel taller and more confident, and it has already begun to alleviate my persistent lower back pain. What I especially like about this product is that it is not a 'brace' per se - it does not actually support you. What it does is act as a constant and very effective reminder and forces you to use your own muscles to open your chest and keep your shoulders down and back. This actually allows you to build the muscle strength that all of us with bad posture are lacking, and will allow you to keep good posture long after you stop using the device. The key here is to be consistent with it. I started with 20 mins a day and am already wearing it for over an hour each day with no discomfort.
