Roller Derby Men's Star 600 Quad Roller Skate

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas as we both love roller skating. The size was a little off, just a tad bit big, but nothing a little bit of stuffing didn't fix. We were very impressed with the quality of the boot and the wheels. I would recommend this brand time and again.

Nice skates and shoes. However, aggressive skating demonstrated that the sole of the shoe and the chassis are too flexible. The toe is able to warp down and act like a brake on the inside front wheel. Wheel bite leads to face plant. I loved by making and installing a shim between the shoe and the chassis.

We ordered these for my son for Christmas. He blew out the bearings on them the 2nd or 3rd time he wore them. We just traded out the wheels with a pair I no longer use. Not real impressed with the wheels, but the boots seem tob e good quality. I did not request repair/replacement, but still can't give the item a 5-star rating.

I wish there was a sizing chart when I purchased these. The boot is a whole size too big. The wheels are good for beginners since the wheels aren't super fast. The wheels do wear down really fast if you do T-stops often.
