I think the headline describes this product best. It's a better for you alternative to the generic pre workouts that destroy your insides and get you addicted to high amounts of caffeine. Does it work as good as bang, C4, or anything of the high caffeine / taurine based preworkouts??..... no Do you want to run through a brick wall after taking it??....no Does it at least taste good and easy to take down???... also no, it taste like a** But it does give you energy (not instantly like others might) that will get you through a hard workout & best of all... it will not give you a heart attack by age 40 by taking this. Buying this for a second time, planning on sticking with it.

Down to the nitty gritty, this friggin stuff had me seeing noises and I thought I could fight Darth Vader himself for two hours while at the gym. I don't workout for two hours. Taste: if you like beets with a weak cover up of flavored berry then you'll love it. Otherwise prepare for vegetable flavored fruit. Not my favorite at all but thats not why I bought it. I'm here because it's on the "healthier side" because I'm type 1 diabetic and blah blah, be healthy and the ingredients in here are proven to give you 20 milligrams of "wake the crap up" with a side of "its time to go" 5/10 on flavor, 10/10 on working. Good day.

It works! It definitely tastes like beets, but I love beets so I don't mind at all. I actually wish it was sugar free because I hate stevia and rather just taste beets. I feel like it takes a bit longer than 30 mins to work but it does work without giving me the jitters!

It tastes horrible, though I didn't expect much in the taste category, considering it's mostly beets. It goes down fine, but is difficult to dissolve. I shook the heck out of it and it was still grainy. As far as effectiveness, I really don't feel anything. It may be because of how ineffective caffeine is for me and that's where most of the kick this stuff is supposed to give comes from. On a positive note, I don't feel like it bloats me, and it didn't give a stomach ache or any negative feelings. I just don't think it works for me as a pre-workout.

I was apprehensive because of beets but this is the BEST! Great energy feel. Easy to take. Will buy again. Thumbs up

Definitely not as good as the one produced by HumanN. I bought both of these to try them. HumanN one first. Good flavor, completely and easily dissolved in cold water and I did feel good from its effects. Then I tried this Pre-workout one and was so disappointed I can't finish it. Flavor not as good but tolerable. Contents would not fully dissolve in even hot water so it's like your drinking it with some sand. I actually felt discomfort in my urination after drinking this. I put the correct amount of scoops in a half gallon milk container and shook it thoroughly before drinking and after a week or two it's still gritty. I can't even finish my container of it so I'm going back to purchase the other kind and sticking with it.

Taste....beats....

I bought this product to help control my blood pressure and have more energy. I'm very impressed with the wonderful taste, dissolves easily, increased energy and it lowered my diastolic pressure by 10 points. Exceeded my expectations will be making this a regular part of my morning routine.
