I have liked it so much that I have purchased a second one for my daughter. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A griddle for life *by S***. on June 2, 2026* Really nice griddle. Its different than I expected, the surface is not smooth, but it works. I seasoned it a couple of times, and it releases food well. My conclusion is a pan with a coating (that is going to wear off) is what "non-stick" has become to be known as, and even those most I have seen recommend adding a little fat. This griddle, like stainless steel, you should use more fat, but at that point it is very slick. This griddle feels more like cast iron than I expected albeit a lighter version, but it is still pretty heavy, which i have grown to appreciate, as it doesn't move around while I am cooking. All in all this is a griddle I can see lasting a long, long time. A word if caution, if you've been cooking for a while the handles get very hot.
