Jumbo California Almonds In Shell – 5 lbs (80oz) Premium Quality Kosher Raw Almonds By We Got Nuts - Natural & Healthy Rich Flavor Snack - Whole,& Unsalted –

These are so creamy, so buttery and fresh. As you can see from the photo, the resident young boy squirrel more than approves! He selected it out of several available nuts. Chipmunks are also loving these almonds. My son and I are indulging, too. They are so yummy! Will definitely order again!

What a good deal this is. the squirrels love this!

Great price and fresh

A quality product for the price. My birds enjoyed eating them and it really helped keep them healthy.

I like the value for the size of the walnuts and quantity. I can't rate the quality, because these are feed to a tropical McCaw bird. He loves them.

Great value! Huge bag. Squirrels love them!

We took photos of how we broke the 5lb bag down into more manageable packs. We ended up using 4 of the “Quart” size bags (they are completely full!), and the few leftover were put into a “Sandwich” size bag. In case it helps you - we used the Ziploc QT size with the “sliders” to make it easier for our kids to be able to grab a couple out to eat, or give to the birds. We have had trouble with the regular Ziploc bags in the past. Issues with being able to close them when they’re really full to the kids not noticing the tops weren’t completely closed. Ending up with a counter & floor full of nuts! So for us - the bags with the slider on top has been working. They store well, travel around the house well, & stay fresher longer. The nuts have no added salts, or flavors that makes them appropriate for kids, birds, & pet pigs alike! Happened to be the best price by the ounce that I could find too! Which was a little surprising - because while there was some shell dust in the bottom (almond nuts will & can break off little pieces of shell durning normal storage & subsequent movement), 1 loose almond nut, & 1 broken almond shell was all the “waste” there was in a 5lb bag. We actually ate the loose nut, & it was good! Considering the price we actually expected that the nuts would be in bad shape, or bad would be mixed with good, and at least a pound of broken shells & nuts like we have gotten from other producers. We now have a go to for at least our birds almond treats, and may try out some of their other bulk products in the future! Our bids (and kids) have absolutely been loving these almonds!! As a matter of a fact even our birds who have never had an almond are tearing them up! They are really fresh, & good! If I was just a little bit more selfish I would make some fresh Almond Butter! *Those with food allergies there was a warning that they are processed in a place where other nuts, & seeds are processed * Whether someone was looking for almonds for cooking, sharing, or using as parrot, or other pet treats we absolutely would, & DO Recommend this brand to friends, & family. & We hope our review is helpful to you!

Bottom tray is 3.7lbs and consists of partially opened, moldy, dirt covered and out of shell almonds. Top tray is 2.1lbs after I picked out of the bag, at best that tray is assorted sized low grade almonds, which is almost 1/3 of the whole bag. NO QUALITY CONTROL. 1. California Almonds that ships from NY is already suspect. 2. Opening the bag revealed a dull smell of something that did not resemble almonds, more industrial than natural. 3. Not Jumbo, just assorted semi cracked, dirt or mold covered, some as small as a pistachio. 4. These are the worst condition almonds that I have received in a bag. All point to lack of quality control. Please tell us where did you get those nuts from?
