These are amazing. You can cut them to fit. They are made more of a soft rubber, and they put a bounce in your step. I bought them over a year ago while working as a medication technician & on my feet all day and they did help a lot. I still have them. You can clean them yourself, or even put them in the washing machine on cold.

These are so comfortable inside my shoes. The diagram on the back of the sole makes it easy to cut the perfect size for your shoes. I noticed less pain in my legs. The arch support is gentle on my feet and the whole sole itself is not too thick.

I should have gotten higher arch support. Still solid product.

Absolutely love these inserts! Have used them for extensively walking in Italy, Switzerland , Disney, Sequoia National Park, Seattle, Mexico City and everywhere in between. Honestly not sure how I dealt with the pain and uncomfortable feeling of wearing flat commercial inserts in the last 15 years (as far as I can remember buying my own shoes) . Super light weight, easy to cut to sizing, jelly feel helps with fatigue and over all quality is worth the pricing. Ordered two more to add into my daily “fashion” shoes

Not much arch support but then I’m lucky enough not to need arch support. But these insoles gave new life to a much-worn and much-loved pair of shoes.Easy to trim them to fit the shoes. Adds gel-like softness to the sole. Walked on cobbled stone pavement all day while on vacation and my feet didn’t feel sore afterwards or sweaty.Good value.

These are the best insoles I’ve tried at a decent price point. I walk on the inside of my feet so my feet get tired and I wear down my shoes easily. Ever since I’ve been putting these in my shoes, I rarely have foot pain. I wore them to Disneyland and they made SUCH a difference. My brother was complaining his feet hurt and this trip was the first time I realized mine didn’t. Gonna get another pair for other shoes!
