I have bought several of these over the years for my personal use and for presents and never disappoints.

Started very well, super warmth and comfort. 3 months on it is only just warm but can't be returned as only 1 month return period

Currently snuggling down with this. Love it. The extra layer is great as you can use it as a muff. Only thing you should know is that the cover for the plug pulls straight off. I wasn’t sure and, because it is very stiff, tried screwing it off. It is on with 4 plastic pegs which are not very robust. It hasn’t stopped me using it. If I could suggest though, it might be worth putting a small ridge on the top of the plug so you can get a hold of it and make the cover domed?

The media could not be loaded.  I love this one I have had a few that have had to go back hopefully this one will last longer!It is so soooft!

Bought as a gift, but tried it out before giving. Charges/heats up well in about 10 mins, & stayed warm for hours. Only little issue was how to open the charging point, the instructions were not too clear, but once you know - it's easy. The cover swings around, so dont try & push to side, but swivel.

I really loved this hot water bottle … have had a few bit this one was by far the nicest looking, Material was soft , it heated quickly and it stayed warm for ages …. Unfortunately after 3 months the bottle has now began to leak , at first I thought it may have been my imagination or even me sweating …. But def leaking …. Whatever is inside ended up on bed sheets …. And when I twisted cover off charger point liquid actually dripped out of it so def not safe to be using ! Sad because I loved it so much, but I may just go back to old fashioned hot water bottles as these inevitably seem to break quite quickly.
