I was hesitant to purchase it as I’m so fussy so left it in the basket. My husband got it for me without asking and I’m so pleased he clicked on ‘purchase’ as I fell in love with the colour and texture.It’s so easy to vacuum and maintain.I rolled it out and stuck heavy books on the corners over night and hoovered it in the morning.My living room looks brighter and gives my space a whole new feel. Great purchase! (Thanks hubby!)

We put down the rug yesterday and I'm super pleased with it, as are the whole family. The colour is just as advertised, it's deep and fluffy, and generally a great rug! For the price I don't think you can get better.

I love this rug and think its excellent value. I bought it for my grandaughter to sit on the floor which she likes to do when watching television or playing on the Xbox and she says it's lovely and soft. It also arrived sooner than expected.

Delivery was timely and using Hermes, which I was pleased with. The dark beige runner is what I purchased and it's a nice chocolately brown colour. Shaggy rug feel to it, quite high pile, fairly soft and is comfortable to walk on. Will likely purchase more.

This rug is lovely quality. Thick pile. Bought as a bedside rug, feels lovely underfoot. Vacuums well, with no shedding. Colour is true to picture. Very pleased with purchase & can recommend highly.

The rug is a nice chocolate brown colour and looks pretty good. It isn't particularly soft underfoot, but I paid a low price which included free delivery so I have no complaints. (Do watch the price - it goes up and down.) I do think labelling it as 'luxury' and 'super soft' in the product title is over-claiming. I can't comment yet on how hard-wearing it is or how well it cleans as I have not had it for long. BUT watch out, it is slippy. I put it on a laminate floor near a doorway and when I stepped on it I slipped, and could have had a nasty accident. If you buy this rug to place on a hard surface, PLEASE be careful and get some sort of grippers for the reverse, to keep it firmly in place. I also just want to make a final point about the price - as with many Amazon items the price appears to up and down in a random manner. I did not pay very much for my rug. Since buying it, I have seen its price increase significantly. This does affect how customers will rate its value for money.
