Is this machine washable?

The inner liner breaks down faster when machine washed. Once the liner breaks down you’ll have liner pieces constantly falling out and making a mess. Best to hand clean with a good multi purpose cleaner. Best cleaner I’ve found is LOC.

what's the difference between the solid black @ $27.99 and black @ $23.00?

I honestly don't know. My first thought is the flag is not red, white, and blue on mine. I can't recall if there were bright colors on the one version. My flag is all black. It's easily recognized as the American flag, but there's no color.
