Not completely but good enough to tune out most of your surroundings.

Is the right charging cable provided? Because the cable won't go into the port in the headphones

The charging cable we provide is type C. You can also use your type C charging cable to connect the earphone to charge it

Does it work for chromebooks and iPhones?

I have an iPhone 12 and that works just great. Mow the lawn or I go bike riding. I have not tried it with my computer yet.
