Hi, that’s all dependant on how cold you want it. A good idea is to freeze water bottles and put them in the ice tub that way you can reuse them too. But the amount of ice is dependant on the person and how cold they want it to be. Hope that helps :) Best regards Urban ice recovery

Q: Hi, im 6ft 3... will I fit in this ice tub?

I am 6 foot two in about 198 pounds. I am also somewhat flexible. I can get in there as long as I cross my legs and flex my hips. I can get up to my earlobes. If I lean my head forward, I can dunk completely under. Hope that helps. I love the tub, but I bought it as a trial run. I will be investing in a much more expensive and better version probably in the fall.

Q: Safe for apartment balcony use? As in weight wise?

Hi, It should be okay - a lot depends on how strong your balcony is though. It holds a little over 320l of water, so it must be able to take that weight. The bath itself is less than 5kg so the water is what you need to watch out for. Kind regards Urban Ice Recovery
