I love this necklace. It has helped me so much since quitting smoking. It resembles a vape too, so it has helped me during times when I would vape, like in the car or on breaks at work, etc. I am on day 18 and going strong. I will say that after first week, it did come apart but it was easily fixable. I did buy a second one that I carry on me just in case. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to quit smoking! Very happy with this!!

The chain is flimsy but otherwise nice.

I'm going to put my 100 percent into trying this product. I quit smoking almost 2 years ago but vape and I don't think it's much healthier. So I decided to order and try one of these. Wish me luck! It seems well made.
