These work extremely well. I deal with daily allergies and this has become my go-to for managing them in a natural way — no pills, no side effects, just quick relief. My whole family reaches for them when they're stuffed up, and they clear things out fast. The scent is strong, but that's the point. I keep one in my bag, one in my toiletry bag, one in my drawer, and one in the medicine cabinet.

I purchased this product many times (I have not received it free). I suffer from multiple types of allergies, and I'm very sensitive to dust, pollens, and other airborne allergens. No matter how clean I try to keep my house, I always wake up with a stuffy nose. I have prescriptions but I still wake up congested. I have discovered the fix...Boom Boom mint, spearmint, and wintermint all work within seconds of my using them. It clears my sinuses perfectly and leaves that wonderful refreshing sensation for several minutes afterwards. That in itself is so pleasant, and it seems to wake me up from my morning sluggishness. It's easy to carry around. Gotta say I'm totally addicted now. Anything non-steroidal and non-prescription that can do this is just awesome, and the fact that it's plant-based is an extra plus. For me it only worked well if I was slightly congested. It did give results if used two or three times when severly congested. It does give me a wakeup boost. Although nothing like those crazy TikTok reactions. I liked the peppermint and wintergreen best. The tropical went straight into the trash and have not tried the lavender yet. I did reorder the peppermint but took it off of subscribe, as it is very expensive for what you get. With regular use the wintergreen still works after two months, but I am starting to see a decline in effectiveness.

If you are a mouth breather because you can't breath through your nose very well, this will help. It is like the old nasal inhalers I had as a kid. I have allergies and get plugged up, this stuff opens your nasals so you can clear your sinuses.

These nasal sticks have been helpful when feeling congested. I bought a multi pack and shared with my son and mother (they are big fans too).

Since dealing with chronic congestion, especially at bedtime, I was encouraged to try the 'miraculous' BoomBoom Stick. I had high hopes due to the huge amount of 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot add to that. To me, it was refreshing at best, a quick pop of eucalyptis and menthol, which did little to alleviate my nighttime congestion and I was overwhelmingly disappointed that what little relief it did give me faded within seconds. I hope others have better luck with this product than I did.
