Great push for a more intense workout. I feel like I can lift heavier weights for longer. The taste is not amazing, but you don't take it for a tasty snack.

Grate taste and work as they shud

I bought the energy flavour gels and primarily use them for when I work out (weight training) whilst travelling away for work as they're easy to transport.The taste is odd, not quite sure how to describe energy flavour, but it's not unpleasant anyway, it's a gel and easy to drink.You take this pre work out about 10-15 minutes before and you really can tell the difference. I was skeptical as have had pre work outs before that didnt do a lot, but I can definitely tell my energy level increased everytime with these and saw an endurance boost.I tend not to take these before everywork as I dont want to start relying on them, but they're definitely worth it when you just feel sluggish and can't be assed.I bought these for about £20 so at around £1 a pop they're not the cheapest, but I think worth it.Oh one 'negative', however I read this on lots of other pre work outs, you can get a bit of a tingly face when you initially take it and start then work out.

Well, it did what I needed it too... However I think it worked too well as I am still wide awake! That was me taking it over 8 hours ago!!!

Absolutely obsessed with the taste and my workouts are sooooo much better after I have one of these. Making sure I never run out!

I use these before a long or fast ride, you can really notice the boost it gives
