They requested that I reply directly to them, with my order number, the web site was in Chinese, I could not read it. So, unfortunately, I could not give my impression of their product directly to them. The package (I ordered 2 packages) came with one silicone, and 1 nylon tricot pair of heel pads. The first pair I inserted into my shoe was the nylon tricot set. It really feels comfortable, but, unfortunately, my heel slips up and down, that is not what is supposed to happen. The second pair was the silicone, it feels wonderful, and my heel does not slip.So, in closing, I cannot give this product 5 stars, because I could not contact the seller, as requested, and half of what I ordered does not keep my foot from slipping (which is the purpose of this product.), therefore it is a waste, and I will not use these.I would be 100% happy if both pairs of heel pads were silicone! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clear one is useful, beige one is not *by K***H on Reviewed in the United States on October 16, 2018* I really like the clear, silicone heel grip that came in this pack. It does help immensely with keeping my loafers from slipping off the back of my feet when I walk. If you wear the shoe liners, it won't work as well, as the silicone only grips against skin and not material. The beige pair I found to be completely useless. They are soft, but that's exactly the problem - they don't keep your feet from slipping out of the back of the shoe. I will probably use them in another pair of shoes that don't slip, but rub on the back of my ankle/foot and give me blisters and maybe it will help for that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cushion Grips Heel Pads *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2018* These are very well made pads and I really like that you don't have to glue them in your shoe, so that you can use them in multiple pairs. I am glad I bought these are the heels in most shoes that fit my feet, the heels are too large I about walk out of them. The only drawback to these are it did affect the fit in the rest of my shoe. I would have to either buy 1/2 size large in shoes or perhaps a wide width.
