NutriPro Juicer Mixer Grinder Smoothie Maker - 500 Watts (2 Jars & 1 Blade, Gold) - 2 Year Warranty

Good Product and Excellent After-Sales Service by Cookwell I’ve been using this blender for around 3–4 months. It’s quite powerful and blends different types of fruits and vegetables in seconds. However, one drawback is that it heats up during prolonged continuous use, so it’s better to avoid running it for too long at a stretch. Unfortunately, my blender stopped working within 3 months of use. I contacted Cookwell’s service centre, and they responded promptly and replaced the blender. Later, I noticed an unusual noise coming from the jar. I reported the issue, and they sent me a replacement jar as well. They also followed up to collect my feedback, which I appreciated. Overall, the blender performs well, but the durability and heating issues are areas that could be improved. That said, I’m genuinely impressed with Cookwell Domestics’ after-sales service. Their team was responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve both issues. Rating: 5/5 for the excellent customer service, although the product itself has some room for improvement.

Writing this after almost 6 months of use, the product is really durable and function really great. The customer support is very good as well. I had some issue with the product and reached out to the customer support on email and WhatsApp. It was resolved within 10days. Really happy with the purchase.

Quality: Overall build quality is decent for the price. The jars and blades feel solid, and everything assembles easily. Durability: It has held up well so far with regular use. The one issue is a small amount of leakage when the jar runs continuously for around 5 minutes. You can see it once you remove the jar. For shorter spins there's no leakage at all, so I now run it in short bursts. Speed: Very quick. Smoothies, shakes and grinding are done in seconds, so you rarely need to run it long anyway. Versatility: It handles a good range of jobs, from smoothies and juices to grinding spices and dry ingredients, and the multiple jars and blades make it useful for everyday kitchen tasks. Verdict: A solid, good-value mixer grinder that does its job well. Fixing the leakage on longer runs would make it much better. Recommended if you mostly use it for short blending sessions.

I have been using NutriPro Juicer Mixer Grinder for the last 6 months, and I must say that this brand is really good! The product is worth the money, easy to use, and a great addition to a healthy lifestyle. Recently, I faced a small issue with the juicer blade, and I was unsure whether the company would resolve my problem. I contacted them via email, and they took my complaint seriously and handled it on priority. To my surprise, they sent me a brand-new blade along with a jar! This experience truly shows how much NutriPro values its customers and cares about their satisfaction. Excellent product quality and outstanding customer service make this brand even more trustworthy. Thank you so much, NutriPro, for your excellent support. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product and Outstanding Customer Service! I purchased the Nutripro Blender about 9 months ago to make smooth, healthy smoothies for my pregnant wife, who was reluctant to eat nuts and dry fruits. The product quality was excellent, and it served our purpose perfectly. Unfortunately, just as we were approaching the final stage of our maternity journey, the blender suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer care regarding the warranty, and to my surprise, they arranged a quick pickup and replaced the product with a brand-new one without any hassle. The product was still under warranty, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Honestly, the customer service impressed me even more than the product itself! It's rare to find a company that stands by its customers and delivers on its warranty promises so efficiently. I'm truly happy with my experience and would highly recommend Nutripro Blender to everyone. A great product backed by even better service! 👏❤️

Cannot make fine paste and I also see some liquid on the bottom side of the cap. Good for smoothies. Overall, good for daily use as it is easy to clean, and value for money.

Very good mixer. The first unit I received had some leakage during use. Then I contacted customer support. They were very helpful and quickly gave me a replacement. Thanks for ur support @nutripro customercare. The new mixer works perfectly! No leaks, blends smoothly, and handles smoothies and shakes with ease.
