Beware: Poor Quality Product Sold by Cocoblu on Amazon
Shame on Cocoblu and Amazon. I bought this Peter England trouser for around ₹1,000, and after only 15 days of normal use, the fabric tore. This is one of the worst-quality clothing products I have ever purchased. The return window had already expired, but I still contacted Amazon Customer Support hoping for help. The support agent asked me to upload photos of the damaged trouser, but after reviewing them, I was simply told that nothing could be done because the return period had ended. This is extremely disappointing. A product should not tear after just 15 days of normal use. Selling a product that fails within two weeks is completely unacceptable. It makes customers question the quality of the products being sold. Amazon should take responsibility for the products sold on its platform instead of refusing to help genuine customers over a technical return window. This purchase was a complete waste of money. I expected much better quality and customer service from both Cocoblu and Amazon. Very disappointing experience.
