It works
I work emergency call outs and the hours can be very long these are enough to keep me going safely. Sometimes after lots of hours at work I want to go to the gym and loosen up these do it for me.

Best option I know of
Best option for sugar free caffeine I've found so far. It's been a part of my routine for a year or two now, and I have no complaints. Flavour could be better (I'd like to try the lemon with caffeine) but it's not bad at all.

Not as good as Plow On but does the trick. The taste is ok and you can definitely feel a boost after about 5 minutes. It’s a good value for the price too.
