This product I wish I bought ages ago. For a individual who sweats at the slightest thing, I decided to buy two of these so I have one for when the other one is not charging. The only downside for myself, is that I constantly reposition my head and accidentally hit the button to either turn it up or off. But that is just minor as it is easily turned back one. One button controls the power on and off along with the fan speed. There is three speed settings which is ideal to change the setting to suit the environment you are in.I personally use this from morning to night.. I only take it off to go to bed at night. Just think of the electricity you could be saving by not having a mains fan running.The battery even I put down as 4 stars is amazing. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is that on the highest setting the battery only lasts 3-4 hours. However, the charging speed is super quick via USB. I can charge one of the devices in as little as 1-2 hours.

The fan is good and does its job. Easy to charge and with usb c connection don't have to have different cables.Just be careful if you have long hair as it can get caught in the fans although there is a cover on them.The control buttons are sensitive so if you put in a bag you could accidentally switch it on and could damage the unit.

These worked well but they weren't for me. Even on the lowest setting I found it difficult to hear what people were saying. You could bend them around which was good. I also found them quite heavy for my neck. BUT I let my friend borrow them and she loved them!! So overall they are great just not for me.

So I bought these as they said low noise ,but they are far from low noise .I work in a busy warm environment had them on the lowest setting and they lasted 9 hrs so I do wonder how long they would last on a higher setting .They do bend but not very stable on the neck .So they do cool you down but they also some downsides as well and I am glad I only paid half price for them as full price very steep

Dont know if anyone having same problem as me. I can’t get the charger line to go into my fan. Any suggestions?

Yeah it's ok, it blows cool ish air on a few different settings. Not really as life changing as you'd be led to believe, but it works adequately

These neck coolers are handy for those hot flushes or just hot days.Flexible and easy to use.The 3 speed function is great allowing you to control how cool you want it to blow.My only wish is that the button wasn't so sensitive. When you put them down with the button side down they switch on very easily.

Fun to use but the design could be slimmer as it can feel heavy on shoulder after long use
