I love this product it was exactly what I needed. Like many in this world my neck and shoulders are always so dang tense! But with this not anymore. It was phenomenal I've been using this product for about 2 days and already it will be apart of my daily routine the stiffness that's been in my shoulders for a while now all gone I can't recommend this product enough and I implore you to give it a try it saved me from a lot of stiffness and pains. That's all I have to really say about it! Give it a try!

So I haven't used it for very long I don't know about posture but it actually does work to pull tension out of your neck and actually does stretch your neck I do like it I hope it won't improve my posture at this point I'm not giving it five stars cuz I haven't used it long enough but I will continue to use it and I do enjoy using it

When i tried this for my neck pain I was not expecting it to be so soothing. I lay my head on it and its like all my stress just melts away and I feel sleepy. I tried to figure out why spinal traction would cause this feeling, but I think it is actually from the little acupressure nubs. I’m astonished by how good it feels. I guess the bumps put pressure on two points in the neck called “the gates of consciousness” and it can really relieve anxiety. Feels wonderful.

Won’t hold air

It takes several pumps to inflate & lift fully because of the limited amount of air the pump can convey with each pump. Your hand will cramp from pumping before you can reap any of the benefits you expect from traction. Especially if you are hoping for continuous movement traction.

Let me tell you... I was skeptical at first, but I'm pleasantly surprised.Firstly, the product was delivered pretty quickly. I bought the item because I would frequently experience neck pains and headaches and I saw this helped with that. After the first use, my migraine got less intense and after a few minutes, went away completely. Excited to see how it would work on my neck pain after a few uses.

This surpassed my expectations! I suffer from neck pain due to the way I sleep at times and this helps tremendously! It's not bulky or large and is quite compact so I can put it in my closet when not in use.The gradual increase in height is wonderful as it doesn't shoot up at big increments, it's gradual so you can increase it as your pain allows.The only con with it is that I wish it had massage function because I feel that would be amazing for anyone to use and would help with pain.Overall great product and I'm so glad I got it! Definitely will buy from this seller again!
