After my recent heart surgery, I woke up in great discomfort BUT not from the heart but my neck was killing me.After coming back home I stayed on the heating pad but it was temporary relief. I ordered this unit in hopes of relief and I got it!Comes with a small remote that I can program the speed the heat and select from nine vibration modes along with a timer that can be set for 15 minutes and above and then it will stop automatically. This has been a great product for me and has provided me with a lot of relays for the tension and the discomfort I was feeling, so glad I ordered it

I have tried this 10 to15 times. It is extremely difficult for the remote and unit to connect, even sitting close to each other. Definitely a bad purchase and have regrets of purchase. Wish I could return but time has expired. Waste of money!

I had a hard time figuring out how to set what I wanted it to do. Every time use it I have to go through the whole routine. Once it is set the way I want it, pure bliss. The set up is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

This works like a dream

Does not work the heat does not work and Amazon did not send it until 2 days latest I order it on wed and. It was going to be delivered on Thursday and it came fri and Amazon said to me I will get 25.00 back for being so late and they lied to me

Worked great until I dropped it from 6 inches above the counter and it broke instantly all tiny cheap plastic clamps holding it together.

Had a problem, customer service was excellent in solving for me. Only used for 2 days . So far very hopeful will give me relief.

Unfortunately the item I purchased was a lemon. I charged it well over 24 hours but it didn’t work and I had to return. Had it worked I’m sure it would have been a nice product as it appeared sturdy
