I recently upgraded my espresso game with the CYETUS 54mm Bottomless Portafilter, and I must say, it's a game-changer! If you're passionate about perfecting your espresso shots, this portafilter is an essential addition to your arsenal.First off, the build quality is superb. The portafilter feels solid and well-crafted, making it a pleasure to handle. The 54mm size is ideal for my espresso machine, and it fits perfectly without any leaks or issues. It's clear that CYETUS put attention to detail in the design.The best part of the bottomless design is the visibility it offers. Watching the espresso extraction process is a mesmerizing experience. I can now see the beautiful crema forming, and it has helped me identify and address any distribution or tamping issues.The increased airflow and elimination of spouts have positively impacted the taste of my espresso. The flavor profile is much more pronounced and balanced, resulting in consistently rich and delicious shots. It's as if the CYETUS portafilter has unlocked the true potential of my espresso machine.Moreover, the portafilter is easy to clean. Good bottomless portafilter that gets the job done. No need to go for more expensive options.Handle is a bit slippery when damp (or when your grip is weak, like, in the morning -- isn't that why we need coffee?). I've learned to hold it more firmly after one or maybe two near-mishaps in which I almost spilled the grounds while needle stirring -- just some quirk you need to be aware of and get used to.It came with a two-cup basket that (I feel) has a bit more volume than Breville's. I didn't bother swapping it out and adjusted by using 0.5g more beans. YMMV though, as this may depend on volume consistency in the production of both baskets. Is the basket "precision drilled"? I have no idea but probably not based on the price point -- But I'm also not shopping for a basket.Bottomless portafilters *will* reveal certain puck prep flaws more conspicuously. I've poked my finger into the puck once and had to even it out by some means, and surely enough, the pull spluttered due to channeling at the exact same spot (and made a mess). I've also discovered less dramatic problems, such as uneven tamping, which resulted in an off-center stream. It's a great diagnostic tool that allows you to observe your pulls in more detail and make adjustments accordingly, and from this perspective, this one fulfills its intended purpose. Of course you can also make a youtube video with it if that's your intention ;)Overall quite satisfied with the purchase

The media could not be loaded.  Sturdy, has a nice grip and weight to it, and matches my espresso maker! It fits perfectly! I would buy again. Hopefully I won’t need to for a long while. 😁

Very good product

Had an issue with the first one I purchased. Seller quickly replaced the item. It fits perfect on my Breville Touch Express. So far it has been working just fine. Highly recommend over those much more expensive ones.
