Chapter Seven Universal Smart Mobile Phone Stand,Hanging on Neck Cell Phone Mount Holder, Flexible Lazy Bracket DIY Free Rotating for Multiple Functions (Black)

This works exactly as described. It took me one minute to form this into shape to mount above my PC screen. The metal core is stiff and rubber coated and will get a good grip on whatever. The ball swivel for the camera mount is pretty cheap plastic, but it does work well. I have a standard jitterbug smart phone in it and the grip is fine. Seems like a pretty good product for light use. If you plan to mount it and leave it then its perfect. I have no idea what its like to put around your neck - not interested.

EDIT: I have now had this product for 5 years, and it finally broke (I think I smashed it under something else though). The non slip padding on the back and on the bottom was ALMOST coming off, but otherwise it worked fine until now. I am about to purchase a new one right now. Bought it for bed reading and an upcoming trip. I also purchased a little remote that controls the volume buttons on my phone via bluetooth (for my e-reader to turn pages)(not related to this product). It sits how I want it to, stays in place. Moves a little as I breathe if it's against my chest, but obviously that is what is going to happen. Overall a solid product.

Bought this to replace one I had previously purchased from another manufacturer, but couldn't find again. This one is sturdy and has nice structure on the bendy parts to shape it to sit however you need it for viewing your phone. (Be careful not to bend it while holding on to the phone holder part, that was how I broke my other one. Hands should always be on the bendy part when manipulating it. Bendy part is official term. Lol.) The cons: The Bendy part is not very long. As a person who needs reading glasses, when I place it around my neck, it was too close to my face and the screen blurry, even when bent as far away as possible. So I rest it on my chest when watching, which isn't horrible, but I do wish I could do the around the neck thing. (My previous one was long enough.) Second: The ledges that grip the phone are short and straight. It takes some work to get my phone seated. And with my case on it, the seating is pretty precarious. I have to be very mindful to not bump it, or the phone will phone off- if the case is on. I do prefer to keep the case on, but My previous holder had deeper ledges that also had a very slight curve to them that allowed me a little more peace for the grip. Also, I feel that if I had anything taller than my 6" phone, it would not be usable. Overall, it's a good one and I am glad to have a replacement, but I might also do more research to try and find my previous one.

Great for traveling

It does hold your phone but if you have issues with your hands like I do... The amount of bending and correcting hurts after a while since its so stiff. The neck part isn't comfortable enough, especially if you can't get it in the right shape. This takes way too much strength. I got this specifically due to pain in my hands when holding my phone and wanted to reduce hand use. This isn't right for that.

And here's why... I have an iPhone 15 Pro and the mount part of the unit is solid which means it blocks your camera and you can only use it with camera facing you, or you would have to install it half way into the bracket allowing the camera to peek out. My goal was to use it when prepping food, but the mount doesn't allow for that without rigging it. But there's more... The unit isn't easily flexed so when you're trying to bend it into your desired shape, the vinyl covering twists and it's more than difficult to get into position. Once I unpackaged it and started manipulating it into shape, it was a mess. When you finally do figure out how to shape it and are using it on your neck, it bounces so the video is worthless. It doesn't stay secure and with movement. The provided lock to keep the phone steady doesn't do what it's supposed to. The phone not only bounces, but jiggles. I'm so disappointed. Sending it back :(

Such a nifty device I use it at dialysis

I think everyone should get one is so easy if your hand get tired, you can put it on your bed or a couch and look at your phone

Passo molto tempo al cellulare in quanto parte del mio lavoro lo svolgo tramite lo smartphone, spesso quindi mi ritrovavo ad assumere posizioni molto scomode impedendo quindi un lavoro comfortevole. Necessitavo quindi di un qualcosa che mi consentisse di lavorare bene e comodo, ho provato vari tipi di supporti, ma questo ha soddisfatto a pieno le mie esigenze. Il sostegno si adatta a tutti gli smartphone ( no tablet) Mentre le due estremità flessibili sono rigide in modo da poter consentire un uso con una sola mano, in quanto mentre si digita sullo schermo il cellulare rimane ben saldo e fermo senza fastidi. La parte che si mette attorno al collo invece presenta una comoda imbottitura che rende il tutto un supporto per smartphone ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Oltre che sul collo lo si può mettere anche sopra superfici rigide come Tavolo o scrivania. Lo consiglio!

I was actually surprised at how well it worked and how well it fit my Samsung Note 5. It was perfect in the sense that you can charge it from underneath because there was a gap in the holder in just the right spot... as well as a gap for the camera so it was perfect at plugging in and taking videos. Very pleased, would buy again.
