Touch display
Touch display is not responding very well any more and we have only had for bout 1 1/2 months. But they responded and the problem was resolved. Thank you

Poor quality- Updated Review
Save your money! It is a nice watch and easy to use, however, it stopped charging after 2 months. Contacted support and of course it was past the 30day window for a refund and they did not offer any assistance to troubleshoot.**UPDATE- the seller contacted us and after troubleshooting with no success; they sent us a new watch/tracker. Great customer service!

Great watch & great customer service
We bought this watch for our 9 year old. She loves it. She loves chanthe ability to change the background picture. It was very easy to setup. We've had no issues with it.Recently, we dropped it and cracked the screen. I contacted customer service and they provided a replacement. It arrived within 3 days. I was absolutely blown away.I would definitely recommend this product both for its features and its customer service.

Not waterproof
This watch says it’s waterproof, but the moment it got wet it stopped working. Quick and easy return, Seller was quick to respond.

Son Loves it
Bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it, just wish the band was a little bit bigger, he has a large wrist for a 10 year old, other then that he sleeps with it and loves to go thru it to see how many steps he's taken for the day
