Warm and comfortable. Been wearing these for several years, and now have my sisters wearing them as well. In terms of arch support, they are barefoot shoes, and therefore do not have built in support. This is an advantage as the foot can move and bend naturally, and this helps me to improve the flexibility in my feet, keeps me from hitting the ground too hard subconciously which reduces foot pain, and is comfortable both with hose and socks. I would say that the women's width is not very wide, so if you have a wider foot you probably should try the mens's option.

Purchased as a gift & she absolutely loves them. Says they are extremely comfortable. The look is very cute when they are folded down too.

I am so glad for these boots! My feet and ankles are swelling due to age, and I can't get into even wide width slipons, only crocs, and can't find a pair of those under $20. These boots I can adjust (somewhat) to fit over the swelling. Having said that, these boots need to be made in a wide width. Around the calves is almost too small... I can just barely make the velcro meet. They also squeeze both sides of the toes. The right boot, for some reason, is a better fit. The left pinches my heel so badly, I had to buy heel pads and put one in. But only the left boot. When I rub the heel seams, the L boot seems a bit larger, rougher, and stiffer. But the pad helps a lot. All in all, though, I am glad to have gotten these boots. It's nice to have something to wear on my feet other than slipper socks. Thank you.

Love love love these boots. I have CRPS, I have not been able to wear shoes in over a year. These are the first ones I have been able to wear. So glad I found them.

I want to love these, I love the idea. But they just are not very comfortable. First off, they are "unisex" which means they don't fit women well. Men's feet are same width toe and heel, women are narrower at the heel, so a shoe that fits a man will be too wide at the heel for a woman. I can wrap it tightly so that the heel doesn't lift too much when I walk, so that was sort of fixable. What is NOT fixable, and what makes these boots so uncomfortable that I don't wear them much, is the rubber back of the heel. It hits my achilles. I wore these boots on a long drive and the pain across the back of my ankles was pretty bad, I kept flexing my foot just to make the rubber stop cutting in. It's fine when standing, but hurts when walking.

First the good: I like the shoes.They are very comfy. they are very small (in form factor); the only winter shoes for bigger feet (#11) that don't take full luggage. Also, I'm getting many compliments on them. Now the bad: They cannot be used in rain or even on very wet roads as the water will get on the top of the toe and soak inside instantly. They have zero water repellency. hey also cannot be used in snow because if you ever (even accidentally) unhook the velcro, it will not stick together until you dry them up. It happened to me and I hardly made it back home with a shoe falling off of my foot. I was maybe 100m from home. Don't absolutely go hiking in them or you might walk home in socks. I use them for walking to work and love them and as long as you avoid water, rain and snow deeper than few centimeters, they are great. I bought them for $38 and that's about the right price considering the limitations. If they make the leather at least water repellent and instead of velcro used metal hooks or buckles, the shoes would be great.

These booties hug your feet and are extremely comfortable for walking in. I was hoping for more insulation for snow hiking but they’d be a little chilly for that. Really love the feel though of how they wrap around your foot. You never want to take them off.

an excellent boot, must be the most comfortable thing i have ever worn on my feet. as long as you get the size somewhere near, this boot will fit you perfectly as its stretch to fit fastening method guarantees an exact fit every time. combines a soft stretchy upper with a solid hard wearing sole and is both warm and air vented, making it ideal for both summer and winter conditions. fastening method is very easy, as I have arthritis this is most welcome, but this is not a wet weather boot, so no splashing in puddles, not suited for gardening, or use as a work boot. singularly the best fair-weather footwear I have ever owned.

Als Fivefingerträger bin ich letzten Winter zu den Braunen gekommen, als Ersatz für die par richtig kalten Tage. Ich hab mir den Grauen als 2. Paar dieser Art geholt... und war zunächst erschrocken wie schmal die anfangs sind. Ich habe einen breiten 40er Fuß und trage die Schuhe in 42-43. Die Schuhe passen sich in der Breite recht schnell und gut an (siehe Foto als Vergleich getragen zu neu). Der Graue ist ohne Fütterung und für dadurch mich etwas flexibler einsetzbar. Die Schuhe sind einigermassen wasserfest aber nicht dicht! Die Sohle ist laut und relativ starr wodurch absolut kein Barfußfeeling (falls das jemand erwartet) rüberkommt. bei meinen Braunen hat sich mit der Zeit die Naht an einem Klett gelöst, was durch guten Kleber aber problemlos zu beheben war.
