When I got mine the remote did not work, but they were urgent about getting me a new one which was pretty awesome. Great product. Sits comfortable.

It goes off every few seconds and I have to push the power button to get it back on
I had another device similar to this one for several years and it finally died. So I bought this one as a replacement but every few seconds it beeps and shuts itself off. It seems like if I sit still it doesn't do it so much. However, I can't always sit still when I need to use this device and my old one worked even when I was moving.
