The RENPHO Thermacool Massage Gun has been an absolute game-changer in my recovery routine. What sets it apart is the heat and cold functionality — it’s brilliant. Heat is perfect for loosening up tight quads or hamstrings before a run, and the cold option works wonders on sore calves afterward. This is the most amazing massage gun. Even on the low setting it’s got good strong power but on high it’s really good. The hot and cold function is so good as it gets really lovely and warm or ice cold like it’s just come out of the freezer. I have several severe problems with my back including arthritis, congenital abnormalities, spina bifida, torn dehydrated and bulging disks being compressed, nerve pain, weakness in my legs, bone spurs, 4 facet joints missing and more which gives me severe muscle spasms. I paid £50 for a sports massage last week in an attempt to try to relax some of the muscles and then ordered this and I can genuinely say this beat it hands down. The sports massage was painful(I can handle a lot of pain) took an hour and provided little to no relief. I have a lot of leg pain also from the nerve issues and severe muscle spasm and this relieves it so well. So much better deep muscle relaxation and relief. I never thought I’d see the day I would find something I could use at home, not pay a fortune for and that genuinely works so well. It is so worth paying that bit extra for this one. On the current deal I’ve paid around £80 down from £119. It’s worth the full price to be honest. If you’re looking for the best in its class this is the one. You won’t regret it for a second. Can’t recommend it enough.

I've used this massage gun for approximately 9 months. I bought this for recovering from a knee replacement. It really helped and definitely worth getting. The battery now only last less than 10 mins, but it has been used a lot. And I use it quite hard which probably drains the battery quicker. Great for getting knots out.

Fast delivery via amazon prime delivery, very straight forward to operate, this is the first time I have used one of these type of massage devices, it has been amazing, the Heat Cool Massage Head is quite an ingenious peace of kit, it works a brilliantly, I think it is a very good value for money, the charging is quick, all the acessories makes it very versatile for different massage requirements. It's amazing.

Fantastic bit of kit at a great price! Heating and cooling is a welcome addition, it is powerful, keeps it's charge well and I cannot recommend highly enough.

Updated review This machine is great after a period of time. I only use the ball attachment, the flat head and the heated head. Just not a fan of the others. I play tenpin bowling and sure with muscle problems in hand and elbow. So pretty much tennis elbow. The heated head is really handy for a pre stretch warm up on the area loosening the muscle up before I stretch and again after it the cooling effect helps with the cooldown in f there’s any swelling etc. Use it on my calf’s a fair bit too and it helps with warm up and down. Hopefully it will continue to be as good as I get back into other forms of training.

I hardly ever used it as the battery stopped working after a few weeks. The machine turns off itself after every 5 seconds. I thoughts I didn’t charge at first times but I am sure despite charging overnight doesn’t hold the battery. I noticed this very late so couldn’t get a refund or exchange. Shame wasted money.

Cet appareil n'est pas donné au niveau tarif. Je l'ai offert à une personne souffrant de maladie inflammatoire (SPA) et elle l'utilise presque tous les jours en totale autonomie, lors de ses déplacements, lors de longues journées trop humides, lorsqu'une souffrance ne peut attendre le rdv chez son Kiné... Ce pistolet-massage est très simple d'utilisation et plutôt puissant ! ! Côté nuisance (bruit) il me semble tout à fait correcte. Les compléments "chaud" et "froid" sont très utiles. Entre les séances médicalisées, c'est devenu son indispensable ! Pour tout cela .. pour soulager ses douleurs constantes... why not ??? Je le recommande à tous ceux qui comprendrons ces quelques mots.

The product has an issue with charging. We hardly use this machine and it waste of our money as it doesn’t charge. It’s so expensive and we don’t know how to fix it now. Or if the seller can get in touch with me to solve this issue.
