I was on the hunt for the popping candy berry choices as I had had the mixed selection and they were my favourite flavour so was over the moon to find I could buy a whole box.Having received the double box in this flavour they are in no way as good. The candy does not pop ant all and the berry flavour is almost not noticeable and is like eating the plain flavour.So disappointed

The chocolates are a gift I gave them last year and she loved them so.... no brainer.But I don’t understand why there’s two boxes both exactly the same and a label says “don’t separate they’re a set” it’s puzzling.

The best chocolates and wonderful customer service
I was a bit in a rush so didn't look at the reviews and ordered those truffles. I only wanted one box and it was supposed to be a gift. When I got them I realised there were 2 boxes so I obviously decided to munch on one of them right away 🤣Thank god I did, as once I opened it, it was a big melted lump just like on the pictures of the reviewers below.Reached out to amazon customer service who refunded this order right away.Also, Monty's customer service reached out to me and sent a replacement directly from their HQ. This has just arrived and even by shaking the box I can hear there are perfectly separated truffles and not a big lump I got from amazon.I would suggest the brand following up on this with amazon as their chocolates are the most delicious and so so beautiful, and the customer service is so lovely. But the state their products arrive in from Amazon is damaging the brand :(Maybe they should look at fulfilled by seller option instead to have a full control over the product and its packaging that is being sent out to the customers. It clearly has not melted during the delivery as it was hardened and cold, meaning it has previously melted somewhere in amazon storage.
