Great price. Works fine

This lighter has an adjustable flame which is good since I mostly wanted it for lighting candles, some of which are deep down in a canister or jar. It is one of the few I could find without a child safety latch which I don't need and I find an incredible hassle. But it is tough to get it to light. I have to use a lot of force to get the trigger button to click and light. I am a strong person but I was shocked at how tough it was to pull that trigger. Someone with arthritis or other issues or someone who is weaker may really struggle.Other than that, it lights every time on the first try and it was full when it arrived so I didn't have to fill it before use. I have no idea how to refill it but, when the time comes, I am sure my husband will do it. It was cheap and it seems to do the trick for lighting my candles and other things which require a long lighter like this. If it breaks or fails to light in the near future, I will update this review and rerate. This is fine for me but it definitely takes some muscle to get the thing to light!

It takes 2 hands to click this lighter. Definitely no good for seniors or people with arthritis in their hands. I tried contacting seller several times asking for a refund. He kept saying I needed to call him "so we could talk" before he would give me a refund. When I finally reached him I simply said I didn't need to talk about it I just wanted a refund. He proceeded to hang up on me. Besides selling junky products he's highly rude. I would not buy anything he sells.

For the life of me I can't find a lighter that lights the first time, every time. I find myself click-click-clicking constantly to get this thing to light even when completely full. Same as the one I still have that I purchased before (which is why I'd purchased this one). It's just a hassle. I'll get a box of matches instead for my fireplace and candles. It's just a pain.

Works well. Definitely better than trying to light my turkey fryer with matches. Saved a lot of time and hassle.
