Purchased this product as I am close to running out of storage on my iPhone and prefer to put onto my own home storage than paying extra for Apple to store on iCloud.Comes with an instruction booklet which is actually quite well written compared to most of these types of docs, aditionally it is also stored on the flash drive so you don’t have to worry about losing the booklet.Very easy to use, having transferred photos from my iPhone to both a desktop Pc and a storage device. Speed seems to be good though have nothing to compare against.Comes with USB, usb-c and lightning connections allowing connections to most devices.Good amount of storage, quality appears good, so good value for money.

I am very happy with this little gem. Very easy to use and it has multiple ways of different connections. I can transfer files across my phones and computers. Large capacity of 128GB I highly recommend this product.

Good that it can be used on most modern equipment with the supplied adapters. Easier to use on Apple products via the download app just a shame there isn’t one for Android although, once you get the hang of things it’s not that difficult. Not bad kit for the price.

This is singularly the most frustrating product I’ve ever bought. Bought it to free up memory on my iPhone. Data transfer is a pain and took almost 2 hours. The app is an utter nuisance. Once you get data on the stick, you have to access it through the app again - and it takes a further age to load all of them. What’s worse is that you have to keep scrolling down the files for them to load so you can’t even walk away to let it do its thing. My iPad just kept running out of battery before they could all load due to needing it on display constantly and scrolling - it is THAT slow. Even more worrying is that when I try to open a random file the app is sometimes unable to load it. It’s just blank.The app crashes if I list the files in chronological order so I can’t even tell to which date everything transferred successfully without sifting through thousands of dates.As for a PC laptop, the files were not recognised by windows and couldn’t be opened. Less than half were even transferred from the stick.Ensure you know that your files are properly stored before you delete. I’ve brought a cable for direct transfer to a PC instead. Godspeed to those who buy this.

Well made, includes an adapter, transferred thousands of pics from iPhone to pc fairly quickly.Then it failed, pics were copied to it but couldn’t be seen on iPhone, ipad or laptop.Windows detected a corruption but couldn’t fix, security software couldn’t fix.Contacted support who responded overnight, suggested a few things to try including downloading different software to iPhone, copied pic to device and could see them, laptop could see them but windows still flagging as corrupt but could fix it! Not sure how that worked!Transferred over 500 pics after that, all ok, how long will it last? Time will tell
