The only downside to this watch is setting the speaking time to be same as the visual time take into account it's for visually impaired the instructions should maybe audio on u tube or something like. Watch works fine maybe a little quiet. When I flex my wrist up it puts pressure on the speak button inturn I get told the time 😊. Not meant to happen but it's not a complaint

My husband has limited vision and this product 5* for the cost .If you were to purchase a new battery today they would cost around £15.00 so eventually if watch gave up just purchase a new one .Clear Face & voice

It’s very difficult to set this watch. This item was bought for someone with eye problems. How they will set this watch confuses me. In addition there is no invoice , no contact details. No where to get advice how to set this item. Please take it back it’s of no use to me. I will buy from a more reputable company with a name and address and ca deal with problems or complaints.

Nice watch, very tricky to set up, as you have to set the speaking time separate from the watch, this would be very difficult for a visually impaired person to do o there own.

Hi I received my watch today but if you look at the photo the face of the watch is laying at a slant so I would need a replacement

The talking feature is ideal. This is a gift for my mother in law who is registered blind.

The volume is much too low for a 90 year old lady.I will post it back to the address on the delivery label on Tuesday 12th November 2019.
